You can access the form through the registration portal. The Direct Entry form for the same academic session is also available on the Summit University Post UTME registration portal.

How to Apply for the Summit University Post UTME Form
The Summit University Post UTME form costs N2,000 (two thousand Naira only) and is non-refundable. To apply for the Summit University 2025/2026 Post UTME, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the official Summit University admission portal at https://summituniversity.edu.ng.
- Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button and then proceed to create an account by selecting ‘Create an Account.’
- Fill out the application form accurately and complete the Post UTME application.
Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during the application process, as all admission updates will be sent to this email. Additionally, your email address will be necessary if you forget your password and need to regain access to your account.
Applicant Eligible for Summit University Post UTME Screening
To be eligible for the Summit University Post UTME screening, specific criteria must be met.
- Candidates who choose Summit University as their first preference in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and meet the minimum cut-off mark are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must achieve at least five Credit level grades in O’ Level results (SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB) or their equivalent, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry candidates with A-level, OND, HND, NCE, or JUPEB qualifications who have selected Summit University as their first or second choice institution, or who are seeking to transfer to Summit University through JAMB, must have obtained the 2025 Direct Entry JAMB form.

The schedule for the Summit University Post UTME screening will be communicated to all qualified candidates via the email address and phone number provided during registration. Therefore, it is highly recommended to use a valid email address and phone number when registering.
Please note that any candidate who fails to appear for the screening exercise on the specified dates will not be considered for admission into any of the programs offered by the university for the 2025/2026 academic session.
