How to Apply for Southwestern University Post UTME Form
Southwestern University is inviting applications from candidates who have completed the UTME examination for the academic year 2025/2026. The Post UTME form is available for a non-refundable fee of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira Only). To apply for the Post UTME, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit the official admissions portal for Southwestern University at www.southwesternuniversity.edu.ng.
- To apply, please pay a non-refundable fee of N10,000 into the Southwestern University account at any branch of Guaranty Trust Bank PLC. The account number is 0108175382. Make sure that the name on the bank teller matches the name of the applicant. Only application forms with confirmed payments will be processed.
- Fill out your form online at www.southwesternuniversity.edu.ng.
- Click on “APPLY NOW.”
- Read the instructions carefully and fill out the online form completely.

Applicant Eligible for Southwestern University Post UTME Screening
To be eligible for the Post UTME screening at Southwestern University, candidates must meet specific criteria.
- Candidates who chose PAN as their first choice in the UTME and met the minimum cut-off mark are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must achieve at least 5 Credit level grades in subjects from their (SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB) O’ Level results or an equivalent qualification, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry candidates who have selected Southwestern University as their first or second choice institution, or are seeking to change their institution to Southwestern University through JAMB, and have completed the 2025 Direct Entry JAMB form with A-level, OND, HND, NCE, or JUPEB qualifications.
