ESUT Post UTME Screening Form 2025/2026: We would like to inform all candidates who initially selected Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) during the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), as well as those who did not select ESUT but are now interested in applying, that an online screening process will be conducted for admission into the university.

For those candidates who wish to change their current university choice to ESUT, please ensure that you first apply to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to officially change your institution selection. This step is essential for your eligibility to participate in the upcoming online screening and to be considered for admission into ESUT. Detailed instructions regarding the online screening process will be provided in due course, so please stay tuned for further updates.

Applicant Eligible for ESUT Post UTME Screening

• Candidates who are awaiting the results of WAEC (May/June), NECO (May/June), and NABTEB (May/June) 2025 are eligible to apply. Please note that results released after September 30, 2025, will not be accepted. Any inconsistency in names may lead to disqualification from the university. The names on your O’ Level certificates, UTME results, and other registration documents must match exactly.
• Candidates must certify that the information provided in each section of the screening form is accurate to the best of their knowledge. If any information is found to be false, they shall consider themselves self-disqualified.
• All direct-entry candidates who selected ESUT are required to undergo online screening. They should access the school’s portal for more information about the online screening process. Additionally, candidates must request their previous institutions to send their academic transcripts to the ESUT Registrar.

How to Apply for ESUT Post UTME Form

1. To access the school’s portal, please visit portal.esut.edu.ng and click on the link for the 2025/2026 academic year.
2. To register for the 2025/2026 Admission Screening, click on the “2025/2026 Admission Screening Registration” option under the Regular Students section.
3. On the page that appears, enter your JAMB registration number and click the button.
4. Enter the required information on the following page to generate your invoice.
5. On the invoice page, you have payment options using Interswitch: which
   include: By Bank Branch: This involves you proceeding to any commercial bank with a
   printout of the generated invoice, which contains a reference number which
   you would use for payment of N2,000 via Enugu State IGR paydirect
   By Debit Card: This involves you paying online with your Debit Card.
6. Return to the application page and enter your JAMB registration number again.
7. Continue filling out the form.

10. Print out your acknowledgment slip
