Applicant Eligible for Delta State Poly Post UTME Screening

To be eligible for the Delta State Polytechnic Post UTME screening, applicants must have listed Delta State Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution on their UTME registration, or have selected it as a change of institution through JAMB. Additionally, applicants must achieve the minimum required cut-off mark. It is important to note that only those who have selected or changed to Delta State Polytechnic through JAMB and have their details reflected on the Polytechnic’s profile in the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

Upon successful completion of the payment, you will receive your unique Application Number, along with a Reference Number sent directly to the email address you provided. All candidates must appear before the various screening panels with the required documents:

• Five (5) recent passport photographs.
• Photocopy of UTME Result slip.
• Examination results to include: WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.
• Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
• Two copies of your online Screening Application Form.

Be aware that the Screening Exercise is scheduled on the slip you receive after registering online. This slip will provide the date, time, and venue for the test. Candidates who do not attend the screening test at the specified date and time will not be considered.
