Prospective students have two options for obtaining admission forms: they can either visit the following centers.
- Elizade University, located in Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State.
- Oxbridge Tutorial College is located at 49 Sobo Arobiodu Street, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.
- Elizade Nigeria Ltd., Plot 114, Trans Madi Industrial Layout, Opposite African Oil Field Service, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
- Elizade Nigeria Ltd., Plot 17, IBB Way, Opposite Nigeria Christian Institute, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
Alternatively, admission forms can also be obtained at Elizade Towers, located at Plot 596, Cadastral Zone AO, Independent Avenue, opposite Bolingo Hotel, Central District Area, Abuja.
Applicant Eligible for Elizade University Post UTME Screening
To be eligible for the Elizade University Post UTME screening, specific criteria must be met.
- Candidates who chose Elizade University as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and achieved the minimum cut-off mark are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must achieve at least 5 Credit level grades in their SSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB O’ Level results, or an equivalent qualification, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry candidates who selected Elizade University as either their first or second choice or those applying for a change of institution to Elizade University through JAMB, must have obtained the 2025 Direct Entry JAMB form along with A level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualifications.
