EBSU Post UTME Screening Form 2025/2026 Is Now Available | See Eligibility and How To Apply

EBSU Post UTME Screening Form 2025/2026: We would like to inform the general public and all students that Ebonyi State University (EBSU) is now accepting applications for the 2025/2026 academic session. This invitation is specifically directed to those who designated EBSU as their first choice institution during their application process, as well as to candidates who, having selected other universities, are considering changing their first choice to EBSU.

To be eligible for admission, candidates must have achieved a score of 140 or higher in the recently conducted 2025/2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

We encourage all eligible candidates to visit our official university website, where they can find the Post UTME application form. It is essential to provide complete and accurate information regarding your credentials in the application process.

The application window for the Post UTME will open in July 2025 and will close at the end of August 2025.

Please be aware that a non-refundable processing fee of N2,000.00 is required for the submission of the post-UTME application.

Applicant Eligible for EBSU Post UTME Screening

  1. Candidates awaiting the results of NABTEB O’level, WAEC (May/June), and NECO (June/July) 2025 are eligible to apply.
  2. Inconsistency in a candidate’s name is unacceptable to the university and may lead to disqualification. Candidates must ensure that their names on their O’ Level certificates, UTME results, and other registration documents are identical.
  • Candidates are not required to undergo physical screening.
  1. Candidates will be informed of their admission status through the EBSU portal.
  2. Candidates must upload their O’level results to the EBSU and JAMB portals before being considered for admission.
  3. An offer of admission must be accepted by the candidate on the CAPS or JAMB portal within two (2) weeks. If it is not accepted within this period, the offer will be withdrawn.

How to Apply for EBSU Post UTME Form

Eligible candidates must pay a processing fee of only N2,000.

  1. Log in to the EBSU POST UTME PORTAL and navigate to the quick menu.
  2. Click on the Online Application Forms.
  3. Choose either the Application Form for POST-UTME or the Application Form for Direct Entry Candidates.
  4. Enter your JAMB registration number in the correct format.
  5. Click on ‘LOGIN’ to generate your payment invoice.
  6. Visit any bank to make your payment, or pay online using your debit card.
  7. After completing your payment, please return to the portal to fill out the form.
  8. Ensure that your personal email address and phone number are used for the application.
