Adeleke University Post UTME Form 2025/2026: Notice is hereby given to all candidates who have selected Adeleke University as their first choice institution (as well as those who have not) in the 2025/2026 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry, that the registration portal for admission to various programs at the university will open in May 2025.
Please be aware that a post-UTME screening exercise will be conducted for candidates who applied for Nursing Science, Law, and Medical Laboratory Science at a later date.
It is important to note that, in order for admission to be granted, applicants must be at least sixteen years old and must achieve a UTME score of 150 or above for all programs, except for Nursing Science, Law, and Medical Laboratory Science.
Additionally, applicants MUST upload their O’Level results on the Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). Once admission is granted, candidates MUST either accept or reject the offer on CAPS before the closure of CAPS by JAMB to ensure their inclusion on the JAMB National Matriculation list.

- Candidates seeking Direct Entry admission to Adeleke University with A-level, OND, HND, NCE, or JUPEB qualifications who have selected Adeleke University as their first or second choice institution, or those looking to change their current institution to Adeleke University through JAMB, must have obtained the 2025 Direct Entry JAMB form.
