School of Nursing Katsina Form 2025/2026

Applications are invited for admission into the Katsina State College of Nursing and Midwifery for the 2025/2026 academic session. Interested and suitable applicants are encouraged to obtain the application form well in advance. Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) credits in the required subjects, which include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. These credits were to have been obtained within two sittings of either the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or the National Examination Council (NECO) exams.

The Katsina State College of Nursing and Midwifery is currently selling its admission form for the 2025/2026 academic session at a cost of N2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only).

How to Apply for the Kastina State College of Nursing Admission Form

Katsina State College of Nursing and Midwifery (CONAMKAT) invites all eligible applicants to visit the application portal at https://conamkat.edu.ng to begin the online application for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Instructions on how to apply:

1.  Visit the official portal via https://conamkat.edu.ng and select “Apply Online.”
2. You will be redirected to the application portal at apply.conamkat.edu.ng.
3. Click “Start Application” to create an account.
4. Enter your password, first name, last name, other names (if any), GSM number, and email address. Choose the program you wish to apply for by clicking on “Select Programme Option.” Then click “Create Account.”
5. Your account will be created successfully, and your information will be sent to your email address as well as shown on your computer screen.
6. After creating your account, click on “Continue.”
7. You will be led to the Continue Application page. Key in your password and e-mail address, and click on “Login.”
8. Click on “Pay Application Fee” at the top left.
9.  Click on “Proceed to Make Payment.”
10. If you choose “Print Payment Slip and Pay in Designated Bank Branch,” print the payment transaction slip and make your way to any bank in the country.
11.  If you choose “PAY NOW WITH ATM CARD,” you will be directed to the Remita page. Provide the necessary details to pay your money.
12. If you have successfully paid via Remita, you will be directed to the “Continue Application” page.
13. If you paid at the bank, proceed to the application portal at apply.conamkat.edu.ng and choose “Continue Application.”
14. Input your password and email address, and choose “Login.”
15. Click on “Home,” then “Biodata,” and fill in your details in every field.
16. Click on “Upload Your Passport” to upload your passport photo. The passport photo should not exceed 100KB.
17. Click on “Update Profile.”
18. Click on “O-Level” at the top left corner and fill in your Senior Secondary School name, Centre Number, Exam Number, and the Certificate acquired (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
19. Enter your subjects, exam, and results, then click on “Add Result.”
20. Click on the “Select Certificate to Upload” field and choose “Statement of Results/Certificates.”
21. Then click on “Choose File” and choose the file you wish to upload from your computer.
22. A preview of the information entered will be displayed.
23. Click “Submit Application.”

Note: The application cannot be edited after it’s been submitted.

To complete preparing your application for the 2025/2026 school year, ensure you print your Completed Application Forms, Acknowledgment Card, and Payment Receipt. You also need to sign your Completed Application Form by yourself and your guardian, and put the date of signing.
