KWASU Post UTME Screening Form 2025/2026: Kwara State University, situated in Malete, is excited to announce the opening of the registration process for the 2025/2026 Pre-Admission Screening. This screening is a crucial step for all prospective candidates seeking to gain admission into the university.
We warmly invite candidates from two main categories: those who have taken the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and those applying through Direct Entry (DE). Both groups are encouraged to participate in this essential process to ensure their eligibility for admission into their desired programs.

How to Apply for the KWASU Post UTME Form
Candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000) only.
- Visit http://portal.kwasu.edu.ng and click on “Apply Here” to submit your application.
- To access the information, click on the ‘Undergraduate’ link located in the top menu bar.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click on “Continue.”
- Complete the basic information page. Please enter a valid personal phone number and email address, then click next.
- On the payment review page, click “Make Payment” to access the payment page where you can enter your card details.
- Insert your ATM card number (MasterCard or Visa) and other required details, then submit.
- Enter the OTP code sent to your phone, then click continue to complete your payment.
- After completing your payment, click on “Main login” on the portal. Enter your JAMB registration number as your username and your surname as your password.
- Click on “Login to Dashboard” and complete your registration process.
- Make sure to print both the completed registration form and the payment receipt.
Applicant Eligible for KWASU Post UTME Screening
- Candidates who wish to choose Kwara State University (KWASU) in Malete as their first choice must ensure that they change their choice of institution to KWASU on the JAMB Portal before registering for the Pre-Admission Screening.
- o be eligible for admission, all candidates are required to have a minimum of five O’level credits in relevant subjects, obtained in no more than two sittings. However, the MBBS program requires only one set of results. Candidates who are awaiting their O’level results may also apply, but they will not be considered for admission until their results are available before the end of the admission process.
NOTE: If you encounter a network failure while trying to complete your payment and notice that you’ve been debited, you can re-query your payment attempts. To do this, enter your JAMB registration number and phone number, then press the tab button to display the Re-query interface at the bottom of the page. Additionally, all candidates should be aware that final admission to the University is contingent upon meeting both the University’s and the academic program’s minimum UTME/DE scores, as well as the availability of spaces within the NUC-approved admission quota for Kwara State University, Malete (KWASU).
Candidates must also note that falsifying citizenship certificates or any other documents will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
