Federal Polytechnic Ukana Post UTME Form 2025/2026: The Federal Polytechnic Ukana has announced the opening of the Post UTME Screening Form for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. Candidates can now purchase the UTME form, which is available on the Federal Polytechnic Ukana Post UTME registration portal.
To apply for admission, candidates must have selected Federal Polytechnic Ukana as their first or second choice institution, or they must be seeking a change of institution through JAMB. Additionally, candidates must have achieved the minimum required cut-off mark.
Applicant Eligible for Federal Polytechnic Ukana Post UTME Screening
To qualify for the Federal Polytechnic Ukana Post UTME screening, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- They must have selected Federal Polytechnic Ukana as their first or second choice institution in their UTME application, or they need to have applied to change their institution to Federal Polytechnic Ukana through JAMB.
- They must have achieved the minimum required cut-off mark.
It is important to note that only applicants whose details are listed on the Poly profile in JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.
How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic Ukana Post UTME Form
The post-UTME form for FEDERAL POLY UKANA costs two thousand (2,000) Naira. To apply, follow the steps below:
- Visit the institute’s portal at https://fedpolyukana.edu.ng/admission/ and register to obtain an RRR number for your application form.
- Visit any commercial bank to make a payment using the RRR code you generated or to make a transfer.
- After making the payment, log back into the portal and confirm it using the RRR number you generated.
- Complete the application form with your required details and upload your O-level results. Review for errors before submitting.
- Please click the “Submit” button.
- Print your Acknowledgment Slip.
Note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled in the screening exercise slip you printed out after your Online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.
All applicants for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
