• Candidates applying for Direct Entry with A-Level, OND, HND, NCE, or JUPEB qualifications who have selected Caritas University as their first or second choice institution, or are requesting a change of institution to Caritas University through JAMB, must have obtained the 2025 Direct Entry JAMB form.
