The Asaba Campus is GONE: The former DELSU Asaba Campus (which hosted Management/Agric) is no longer part of DELSU. It is now Dennis Osadebay University.

What this means for you: All DELSU courses are now concentrated in Abraka (Main Campus) and Oleh Campus. If you are applying for Accounting or Business Administration, you are now going to Abraka, not Asaba.

DELSU is a state university. Delta State Indigenes are given significant preference (roughly 70-80% of the quota).
