1.  Once your payment is complete, the remaining sections of the form will become available for you to complete.
2. Please fill out the form step by step.
3.  After finishing, print a copy of your entries on the submission page.

Candidates must pay close attention to the scheduled screening exercise. Details such as the date, time, and location can be found on the screening exercise slip you printed during online registration. It is crucial to adhere to the dates listed on this slip. If you do not attend the screening test on the assigned date and time, you will not be considered for admission.
