1. Payment of Application Fee: Deposit a non-refundable fee of Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred Naira (N7,700.00) in any commercial bank into the University College Hospital, Ibadan T.S.A. Account of the School of Nursing. Upon payment, the teller should be exchanged with a receipt by the UCH Accounts Department.
– Secondly, remit a payment of Two Hundred Naira (N200.00) into the Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee Account in First Bank Plc. 2019704292.
2. COLLECTION OF SCRATCH CARD: Present both the UCH receipt and First Bank teller for payment of N200.00 at Room 6, School of Nursing, to receive a SCRATCH CARD with a PIN to use when logging onto the application website.
3. Submission of Your Application: Proceed to the portal at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng, download Applicants’ User Guide, and enter your PIN from your SCRATCH CARD to login and create your account.
– Just follow the guide in the Applicants’ User Guide to fill in your information and finalize your application online.
4. Last Steps: Print out two copies of your application form and Photocard, and present them for verification at Room 6, School of Nursing.
