  2. Click on Check Admission Status.

  3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number.

  4. Click Submit.

  5. Your admission status will be displayed on the screen.

How to Confirm OOU Admission on JAMB CAPS

It is important to confirm and accept your admission on JAMB CAPS to make it official.

  1. Visit  www.jamb.gov.ng/efacility.

  2. Log in using your email address and password.

  3. Select Check Admission Status.

  4. Enter your exam year and JAMB Registration Number.

  5. Click Access CAPS.

  6. Tap Admission Status.

  7. Click Accept Admission if you have been offered a place.

Note: Failure to accept your admission on JAMB CAPS will result in forfeiture of the offer.

Next Steps After Gaining Admission into OOU

Once you have been offered admission, you should:

  • Accept your admission on JAMB CAPS.

  • Print your JAMB Admission Letter.

  •  Pay your OOU acceptance fee via the university portal.

  • Proceed with online registration and clearance.

  • Gather the following documents for verification:
