Important Admission Requirements for 2026/2027
Because FUPRE is a specialized university, admission is competitive. You don’t just need to “pass”; you need to meet specific criteria.
1. JAMB Cut-Off Mark
For the 2026/2027 session, the general JAMB cut-off mark for FUPRE is typically 170. However, for hot courses like Petroleum Engineering or Natural Gas Engineering, you should aim for 200+ to be safe.
2. O-Level Requirements
You must have at least 5 Credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.
