To obtain the application form for the School of Postgraduate Studies at Federal University Wukari (FUWUKARI), candidates must meet specific requirements, which are outlined below:

1. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

How to Apply for FUWUKARI Postgraduate Admission Form 2025/2026

1. Visit https://pg.fuwportal.edu.ng.
2. Click on “Online Application” to access the online form to complete.
3. Fill in your details, a genuine email address, to receive your login details. Choose “Post Graduate Full-time” as your mode of study. Continue, choose your first and second choices of programmes from the options available, and submit the form.
4. Get an email titled “FEDERAL UNIVERSITY WUKARI APPLICATION LOGIN DETAILS.” Open the email to view your login username and password to continue with the application.
5. Apply the provided email details to log in to the application portal using https://pg.fuwportal.edu.ng on the home page.
6. To return to the APPLICATION DASHBOARD from any application page, click on the “Application” tab on the left pane.
7. After successful login, click on the “Payment” icon to view the session details and online admission application form fee. Click “Proceed,” and the system will redirect you to the REMITA payment gateway with the payment amount and payer information. Ensure that the payer information is correct before payment. If the information is not correct, close the page, terminate the payment process, log out, and start again.
8. After you’ve ensured the payer details (names and email address) are correct, click “Proceed with payment” and choose your payment option (credit card, bank transfer, USSD, etc.).
9. After making the payment process, you will be routed back to the portal, where you will be asked to “Complete your bio data.” Click on “Update Biodata,” fill in the needed details, and provide a passport-sized photo. Remember that any details marked with an asterisk sign (*) in red are compulsory.
10. After filling in all the details on the bio-data page, hit the “Next” button at the bottom right-hand side to move further. Start by entering your HIGHEST qualification. Click “Submit” after assigning the referees.

Once referee assignment is completed, there will be a tab named “Upload Document.” Click on “Upload Documents” to browse and upload required documents, which should be scanned and uploaded in either .pdf or .jpeg format and should not be larger than the image upload size. After selecting the documents, click “Submit.” You can also edit, download, and view the documents after submission.
15. To return to the Online Application Dashboard, simply click on “Application” in the left menu. There, you will see a new tab with the label “Generate Transcript Request Form.” It is the tab where you can create the form to be used in requesting a transcript from your previous school. Click on “Transcript Request Form” and fill in all the information required. After you’ve completed the form, click on “SUBMIT” or “RESET.” To create a print-friendly version of the Transcript Request Form, click on “Generate PDF.” You can then print out the form and have your former institution forward it so they can release your transcript.
