BUTH School of Nursing Form 2025/2026

Application into Bowen University Teaching Hospital for Basic Nursing and Midwifery is now open for admission in the 2025/2026 academic year. Interested candidates should get the application form early.

The applicants must also obtain not less than five (5) science-related subjects credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The credits must be obtained within a maximum of two sittings of the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or the National Examination Council (NECO) examination.

Ogbomoso School of Nursing Admission Form 2025/2026

Be informed that the School of Nursing, Bowen University Teaching Hospital in Ogbomoso, now sells its registration form for the 2025/2026 session. The form is N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only). We advise all candidates to purchase the form within the mandatory time to avoid any inconveniences.

How to Apply for the BUTH School of Nursing Admission Form

Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso School of Nursing, is inviting applications from all interested candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session.

To apply, please visit the application portal at https://sono.buth.edu.ng. Note that the application fee is N10,000 (non-refundable), which should be paid to the following bank account:

After making the payment, click on the “Register” button at http://www.sono.buth.edu.ng/register.php to obtain the admission form.

Next, click on “Get the PIN” to start the registration process and provide all the teller details. Please note that the PIN can be used only once.

You will need to upload the following necessary documents:

• – O’ Level Result(s)
• – Birth Certificate
• – Local Government Identification
• – Bank Teller (size 100-200KB)
• – Passport in JPG/PNG format (size 10-20KB)

After completing your registration, print out the filled Registration Form, Attestation Slip, and two copies of the Examination Slip. You will need to exchange your bank teller obtained from UBA Bank for a School Receipt at the Account Section of the Hospital after registration is complete.

Note that the date for the entrance examination will be posted on the school’s official website, so it is advisable for all applicants to frequently check the website for updates.
