How to Apply for the ABUTH School of Nursing Admission Form

1. 1. Please log in to www.abuth.gov.ng/
   2.  Click on “Sign Up” to create an account.”
   3. CREATE YOUR PROFILE. Always record your chosen Login ID and password, as you will need them to access the portal again.
   4. Click “CHECK FORMS ON SALE” or “APPLY HERE.” Please review the program guidelines to understand the requirements for your proposed program before applying.
   5. From the list of currently open programs, select it by clicking ‘APPLY’ on the right.
   6. Please click on the “APPLY” button.
   7. A transaction page will appear; click “GENERATE RRR” at the bottom left.
   8. A Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number will be generated and shown on the page.
   9. NOTE: When you make a payment online, your account will be activated right away.
      (I) To make an online payment using MasterCard, Visa, or Internet Banking, CLICK on PayViaREMITA and follow the provided online instructions. After completing your payment, refresh the page and continue from step 12.
      (II) To make a payment at a bank branch, first print your transaction slip or make a note of the RRR number. Next, visit any commercial bank of your choice. Before printing the slip, ensure that the RRR number is visible on it.
   10. After completing your payment, please return to the portal at https://apply.abuth.gov.ng.
   11. Click on “LOGIN” and enter the LOGIN ID and PASSWORD you created in step 3.
   12. Kindly provide your complete details, including biodata, contact information, next of kin, and qualifications (O Level and A Level), along with a passport photo.
   13. To submit your application, go to your profile menu and select “My Forms.” Then, click on “Submit Application” located on the right side.
   14. Confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box at the bottom of your submission form, then click on Submit.
