3.  Click the “Pay Now” button to be redirected to Remita, where you can pay instantly using the available payment options or print your invoice to make a direct payment at a bank.

After successful payment, a confirmation page will appear stating that your payment has been approved.

Next, you’ll need to fill out the form:

1.  After completing your payment, the remaining sections of the form will become accessible for you to fill out.
2. Complete the form step by step.
3.  Once you have completed your entries, please print a copy on the submission page.

Candidates need to pay attention to the scheduled screening exercise. You can find the date, time, and location on the screening exercise slip you printed during online registration. It is important to follow the dates on this slip carefully. If you do not take the screening test at the assigned date and time, you will not be considered for admission.
