FUHSO School Fees 2026/2027

One of the advantages of FUHSO being a Federal University is that the tuition is relatively subsidised compared to private health universities.

• Fresh Students (Science/Non-Clinical): ~₦80,000 – ₦100,000

• Fresh Students (MBBS/Clinical): ~₦150,000 – ₦190,000

• Acceptance Fee: ~₦20,000 (Non-refundable). (Note: Fees are subject to change by the Federal Government.

Important Admission Requirements

To secure your admission into FUHSO, ensure you have the following:

1. Correct JAMB Subjects:

   • Medicine/Nursing/Pharmacy: English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

   • Computer Science: English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/Biology.

2. O-Level Credits: You must have 5 Credits in WAEC/NECO in One Sitting for Medicine and Surgery. Two sittings are permitted for other courses.

3. Age Limit: You must be at least 16 years old.

4. Remedial Programme: If your JAMB score is low, FUHSO runs a Remedial Science Programme. Passing this programme grants you automatic admission into the university for the next session (conditions apply).

Does FUHSO Write Post UTME?

FUHSO typically conducts a Physical Screening or Aptitude Test for competitive courses. However, in recent years, they have also utilised Online Screening (grading based on JAMB + O’Level).
