UMTH School of Nursing Form 2025/2026
University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital admission for the 2025/2026 academic session is now open. Eligible candidates are requested to obtain the admission form. Applicants must have at least five (5) credits in the relevant subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, passed in not more than two sittings of either the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or the National Examination Council (NECO) examinations.

How to Apply for UMTH School of Nursing Admission Form
We are pleased to invite you to apply for the 2025/2026 academic year at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital. To initiate the online application process, you can go to our application website at www.umth.org.ng.
All your payments should be made on the UMTH Remita Platform under the “UMTH Schools Account.” After you have paid, report to the school cashier with the evidence of payment to be given a hospital receipt. This receipt will be used to come and collect your application form.
Note that completed application forms must be returned to the Coordinator’s or Principal’s office on or before the specified deadline. Two (2) recent passport-sized photos with white background, photocopies of all your credentials, an indigence certificate, and a birth certificate or declaration of age, are also to be submitted.
