School of Nursing Ilorin Form 2025/2026

The University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital is inviting applications for the 2025/2026 academic session. Interested applicants are encouraged to seize this opportunity by obtaining and completing the admission form without hesitation. Take note that success is yours if you have a minimum of five (5) credits in the following related subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in not more than two sittings of either the WASSCE or NECO examination.

How to Apply for the UITH School of Nursing Admission Form

The University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital is pleased to announce that the online application process for the 2025/2026 academic session is now open. To participate, please visit the application portal at www.uithilorin.org.ng/nursing. You can fill out the application form on the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital website at www.uithilorin.org.ng. Please note that there is a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00), which must be paid into the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital account with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) through the CBN e-payment gateway, REMITA.

Important Instructions:

1. Ensure that all data and scanned uploads (e.g., Certificates, Referees, remittance receipts, etc.) are provided accurately for your application to be processed.
2. Payment must be made first before proceeding to the application form.
3. To make a payment, log on to www.remita.net.
4. Click on “Pay FGN and State TSA.”
5. Select and click on “FGN Federal Government of Nigeria.”
6. Type “University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital” under “Whom do you want to pay.”
7. Select “UITH GENERAL PURPOSE” under “Name of Service/Purpose.”
8. Fill in the necessary information and complete your payment.

10. After making your payment through the Remita platform, you can proceed with your registration by filling out the online BN FORM using the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number generated during the payment process.
11. Click “APPLY NOW” below, which will redirect you to an interface where you will be asked to enter a valid personal email address.
12. A confirmation link will be sent to the email you provided during registration.
13. Log in to your email account by opening a new tab in the same browser.
14. Click on the link sent to your email by noreply@uithilorin.
15. The BN application form will then be available for you to fill out and submit.
16. Select the school you wish to apply to from the drop-down menu.
17. Please note: For the sponsor details, you are required to upload a scanned signature of the sponsor in JPEG, PNG, or JPG format.
18. Each candidate must upload three typed and scanned references, each on the referee’s letterhead, in JPEG, PNG, or JPG format.
19. Fill in all other required fields on the form.
20. After submission, wait for 2 seconds, as you will be directed to print or download the filled form.
21. Important: If you do not see your printout, it means your form was not successfully submitted, and you will need to refill the form.

Be advised that you are not required to bring a printout to the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital for the UITH School of Nursing entrance examination, as the date has not yet been scheduled. The venue for the exam will be at the school complex at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Kwara State.
