1. Obtain a payment remit from the School of Nursing.
2. Go to any bank to pay.
3. Return to the school after payment to finalize the application process.
4. Proceed with the teller or payment receipt received in the bank to the account department of the Hospital to get a change of official receipt.
5. Paste a passport photograph on the original receipt and photocopy.
6. Fill in the admission form collected from the school.
7. Proceed with the filled admission form and your credentials to the School of Nursing.
