It is observed that those who chose Uyo City Polytechnic as their first choice or second choice institution, or those applying for a change of institution with JAMB and possess the minimum cut-off mark prescribed, shall be allowed to apply for admission.
Applicant Eligible for Uyo City Polytechnic Post UTME Screening
To qualify for the Uyo City Polytechnic Post UTME screening, candidates must either have the institution as their first choice or second choice or go ahead to change their institution through JAMB. They must also achieve the cut-off mark. Only requests whose information is entered into the JAMB CAPS system will be eligible for admission.
How to Apply for Uyo City Polytechnic Post UTME Form

- Complete the form with your information and submit it.
- Activate your account by clicking the link that has been sent to your email address.
Payment:
To access your account, please visit the login page.
- Click on the “Make Payment” link in the user menu.
- Review your details to ensure all entries are correct.
- Click the “Pay Now” button. You will be redirected to Remita, where you can pay instantly using the available payment platforms or print your invoice to pay directly at a bank.
After successful payment, a confirmation page will appear stating that your payment has been approved.
Next, you’ll need to fill out the form:
- Once your payment is complete, the remaining sections of the form will become available for you to complete.
- Please fill out the form step by step.
- After finishing, print a copy of your entries on the submission page.
Note the scheduled screening exercise. The venue, date, and time are on the screening exercise slip, which you printed during online registration. You are expected to adhere strictly to the information on this slip. Not taking the screening test on the scheduled date and time will disqualify you from admission.
