Candidates Eligible for FUOTUOKE Post UTME Screening 2025/2026
Candidates who indicated the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME are required to have selected one of the approved programs listed below and achieved a minimum score of 140 in the examination.
Furthermore, candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but are interested in pursuing their studies at the institution must also have scored at least 140 in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME. To proceed, these candidates must complete the Change of Institution process to Federal University Otuoke through the official JAMB website www.jamb.org.ng. After making this change, they should select from the range of programs available, which can be found in the list provided below.
This procedure ensures that all prospective students meet the requirements for admission and can seamlessly transition into their desired course of study.
How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Post UTME Form 2025/2026
Candidates are required to make a non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) to access the application form. This payment should be made using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit bank card to ensure a secure transaction.

- A scanned PDF copy of the LGA identification letter.
