FUNAABPost UTME Form 2025/2026: Applicants seeking undergraduate admission to the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), who have designated the University as their Most Preferred Institution through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), are invited to apply online for the 2025/2026 Pre-Admission Screening Exercise. The academic session for 2025/2026 is anticipated to commence in October 2025, marking the beginning of a new opportunity for prospective students.
FUNAAB’s admission process is known for its competitiveness, attracting a large number of applicants each year. Successful candidates will receive their admission offers through JAMB’s Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), which facilitates the admission process based on the university’s enrollment capacity and available programs.
To ensure that newly admitted students are well-prepared for their studies and life on campus, all successful candidates will be required to participate in a comprehensive ICT Training and Orientation Programme. This initiative aims to equip them with the essential skills and knowledge needed for academic success and to adapt effectively to the university environment. Candidates Eligible for FUNAAB Post UTME Screening 2025/2026
Candidates who scored a minimum of 170 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and chose the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta FUNAAB as their first choice are eligible to apply.
Candidates also have the opportunity to express their interest in the Part-time (weekday evenings) option for their preferred course, if available. Further details about the Part-time programs can be found on the FUNAAB Part-Time Portal.
Direct Entry (DE) candidates must also submit their transcript (for OND/HND/NCE candidates) or a Certified True Copy of their Statement of Results, duly stamped by the Director or Head of Department of the institution from which they graduated (for A-level candidates), to the Registrar of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, no later than September 2025.
Only applications that are completed before the specified deadline will be considered.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you meet the minimum admission requirements before making payment. If it is discovered at any point that you do not meet the minimum admission requirements, any offer of admission will be withdrawn, and payments made are non-refundable.
How to Apply for FUNAAB Post UTME Form 2025/2026
Guidelines for Submitting Your Online Application
- Visit the following website: https://admission.funaab.edu.ng/.
- Eligible candidates should click on “Login” and enter their JAMB UTME or JAMB Direct Entry Registration Numbers. This will allow them to generate and print their Application Invoice, which includes their REMITA Reference Number and other necessary payment information. The non-refundable fee is Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only, excluding REMITA charges.
- Candidates should proceed to any bank that accepts REMITA payments, either in person at a branch nationwide or online using a debit card, Internet Banking, or through the Remita website. They should make the payment of the prescribed fee using the REMITA Reference Number.
- After making the payment, candidates should return to the University’s Admission Portal, log in, and complete the e-application form as required.
- Multiple pages display a candidate’s record retrieved from JAMB’s portal, which cannot be modified. Ensure you accurately enter all required information, including contact details and O’Level examination results, as well as OND, HND, NCE, A’Level, IJMB, and JUPEB results where applicable.
- On the acknowledgment page, candidates should carefully review their application and confirm the entries before clicking the Submit button. Afterward, candidates must print the Application Form that displays their passport photograph and keep it safe.
- The application period opens in August 2025 and closes in September 2025.
- Corrections to incorrectly entered data incur a penalty fee of One Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (₦1,500) only. Changes can be made online until the closing date of the application. Click here for more details.
- No complaints regarding incorrect contact details or results from O’Level, OND, HND, NCE, A-Level, IJMB, or JUPEB will be accepted after this point.
- Candidates who upload incorrect O’Level results or UTME/OND/HND/NCE/A’Level/IJMB/JUPEB results will be automatically disqualified.
