How to Apply for the ABUTH School of Nursing Admission Form

   2.  click on “Sign Up.”
   3. CREATE YOUR PROFILE. Always write down your chosen Login ID and password, as you will need them to log back into the portal.
   4. Click “CHECK FORMS ON SALE” or “APPLY HERE.” Please read the program guidelines and understand the requirements of your proposed program before applying.
   5. From the list of currently open programs, select by clicking APPLY on the right end.
   6. Click APPLY
   7. A transaction page will appear; click on “GENERATE RRR” at the bottom left of the page.
   8. A Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number will be generated and displayed on the page.
   9. NOTE: When you make a payment online, your account will be activated immediately.
      (I) To pay online using MasterCard, Visa, or Internet Banking, CLICK on PayViaREMITA and follow the online instructions. After completing the payment, refresh your page and continue from step 12.
      (II) To pay at a bank branch, print your transaction slip or copy the RRR number. Then, proceed to any commercial bank of your choice. Ensure that the RRR number appears on the slip before printing and going to the bank.
   10. Once you have completed your payment, please return to the portal at https://apply.abuth.gov.ng.
   11. Click on “LOGIN” and enter the LOGIN ID and PASSWORD that you created in step 3.
   12. Provide your complete details including biodata, contact information, next of kin, and qualifications (O Level and A Level) along with a passport photo.
   13. Select MY FORMS from your profile menu, then click SUBMIT APPLICATION on the right.
   14. Ensure you agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box at the bottom of your submission form, then click Submit.
